  1.本科以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above；
  2.有5年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than 5 years project management working experience；
  3.英語口語流利，能獨(dú)立和國外客戶溝通Fluent spoken and written English；
  4.有電子、半導(dǎo)體類產(chǎn)品工作背景優(yōu)先考慮electronic products project management is preferred；
5.有較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問題能力Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities
6.有責(zé)任心，優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作性，善于溝通 Good communication and negotiation skill, team oriented ,professional presentation skills.
崗位職責(zé)Job Description:
  1.負(fù)責(zé)公司新項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理工作Be responsible for new project management；
  2.負(fù)責(zé)對新項(xiàng)目在工廠的導(dǎo)入量產(chǎn)，使項(xiàng)目的管理達(dá)到公司和客戶的要求Be responsible for NPI；
  3.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)、外部資源安排項(xiàng)目工作，確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行Negotiation with internal &outside partner on project issues；
  4.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃及實(shí)施Manage timeline of the whole project, make sure development and production meet the deadline；
5. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目成本控制、項(xiàng)目總體質(zhì)量及進(jìn)度管理，對項(xiàng)目生命周期全程管理All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
